Technical Drawings
Interior Design Drawings (Floors Plans + Elevations) required by trades to execute the design. Plans typically include Proposed Plans (required for permits), Reflected Ceiling and Lighting Plans, Electrical Plans, Floor Finish Plans and Furniture Layout Plans. Elevation drawings help to illustrate key design components which includes custom millwork, kitchen layouts, fixture placement and extent finishing. Every detail is taken into consideration.

Specifications
A complete guide to all specifications for finishes, plumbing fixtures, lighting, appliances and hardware
on a project. Upon approval of the selection that best suits your project, we will compile all specification
details and imagery into a Specification Book that can be used for budgeting and ordering.

biography
Redefining the traditional approach to interior design
Cori Ling is a Vancouver based Interior Designer who has acquired her knowledge and experience through her studies in Vancouver and parts of Europe.
After obtaining a Bachelor's Degree at BCIT, Cori spent time traveling across Europe and Asia to broaden her perspective. Cori provides a fresh outlook on how we define spaces. With the insights she gained from her time away, Cori then earned a position at a prestigious award winning boutique Interior Design firm. She quickly progressed into a senior design/lead project management role there.
Cori’s inspiration stems from her frequent travels across the globe. She strives to design simple, timeless and beautiful spaces that are meaningful for the people who use them.
