Overlooking Indian Arm and Deep Cove, this contemporary home was in need of a freshening up. The goal was to create  a modern and relaxing space for the new homeowners to soak in the incredible surrounding views. The extent of the renovation included a complete redesign of the 650 square foot basement along with several improvements to the main living area, and the addition of an expansive 2 level deck. In doing so, we created a much more functional space that the whole family could enjoy.
